Cancellation Policy

Attendance Policies Here at SereNail, I appreciate you trust in me for your nail care needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all my clients, I have implemented the following policies: -Life can be unpredictable sometimes, and delays can occur; therefore I have provided a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals -If you exceed the grace period, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid delays for others appointment's -A $15 late fee will be add to your total -If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, I kindly as that you notify me as soon as possible. Appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be issued a 50% late cancellation fee -If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the total for the scheduled service -3 no- shows will result in you no longer being about to book at SereNail I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the attendance policy. My goal is to provide expectational service to all clients, and your punctuality helps to achieve this.
